Start with your address, not just the nearest city.
This guide is intended for homeowners in Ocala and nearby Marion County communities, including Silver Springs Shores, Belleview and Dunnellon, plus the Marion County / The Villages edge. We do not maintain offices or crews in these places.
A company may advertise “Central Florida” but still have job-size, travel or scheduling restrictions. Tell it your actual location and whether you need a small panel repair, full rescreen or a structural assessment before assuming it can help.
Useful coverage questions by area.
- Ocala and Silver Springs Shores: ask whether the business covers your address and handles the kind of cage or lanai work you need.
- Belleview: confirm address coverage, quote availability and any minimum visit charge.
- Dunnellon and surrounding areas: check the service boundary and travel charge rather than assuming a county-wide promise.
- The Villages edge: confirm the exact address and jurisdiction; do not assume every Villages location is in Marion County or in a listed company’s service area.
These are questions to ask—not promises that each listed contractor serves every community.
Local and regional are not the same.
Dino’s website places it in Ocala and advertises surrounding communities. Chance’s website lists Ocala, FL 34476. AllTech is based in Ormond Beach; its own Ocala page says that Ocala is at the western edge of its service radius and that complete rescreens and larger jobs are scheduled in advance.
For a small repair, specifically ask about a company’s minimum project or travel charge. For a full rescreen, confirm access, roof height, estimate timing and what it includes.
See the three public company listings. They are not endorsements, paid partners or a guarantee of service.
Permits and community rules are separate checks.
Ask who determines whether your exact scope requires a permit, inspection or community approval. A mesh-only rescreen and a structural enclosure alteration are not interchangeable. Verify uncertain requirements with the relevant building authority or community association instead of relying on a blanket website rule.
Our contractor checklist helps keep that responsibility explicit in the written quote.
Questions homeowners ask.
Do you have an Ocala office or installation crews?
No. This is an independent editorial and referral guide, not a contractor. References to towns describe the guide’s intended audience, not physical branches.
Do all three businesses serve every listed town?
We have not confirmed that. Ask each business about your exact address, project size, travel charges and availability.
